AVAILABLE: Flu & Pneumonia Vaccine
Medicare Part B covers the fee for Flu and Pneumonia
vaccine. (You MUST present your Medicare card.)
Without Medicare Part B: Flu $25 Pneumonia $56.99
Flu vaccine is available for ages 7 years & older. Children 4-6 years old require a prescription.
APPOINTMENT ONLY - Sign up sheets will be located in the Narthex or you may call the church office. More information will be available next Sunday. HEB will donate $1 to FUMC for each shot given here. Please plan to sign up and get your friends to also.
